House of Flowers + Couture Events cares deeply about the health and well-being of our employees, partners and customers. As the uncertainty of COVID-19 (corona-virus) continues to be seen across the globe and our communities, we want you to know that we are taking all necessary measures to protect our customers, our team and our community at large. We are closely monitoring the recommendations and guidance from local, national and global health organizations. These are trying times, but we're striving to keep you happy and healthy while continuing to provide the services you've come to love.
Following are a list of current practices and policies the HOF team has in place:
To ensure safety of clients and staff, delivery drivers and in-store team members have increased cleaning of all surfaces, phones, key boards, steering wheels, door handles, common areas and meeting spaces both in the shop and inside vehicles.
Clients may choose for us to walk pre-ordered items and/or missed deliveries to your vehicle rather than coming into the store if desired.
Deliveries can be left outside in a protected area with instruction to do so as long as temperature is above 45 degrees. Please note that our drivers have been instructed to not enter homes under any circumstances.
Packages delivered to hospitals, nursing homes and businesses are left at a reception desk to limit unnecessary contact with patients, residents and staff.
Conversations and questions regarding postponed and/or cancelled events are being handled as soon as they come in. We realize these are very stressful decisions that are being made and our team will try our very best to accommodate the reschedule based on availability.
